More Women's Conference 2010

I happened to run into a friend of mine from Boise Danielle. Iwent to Women's Conference with her and her sister my friend Piper 3 years ago.
Tracy bought us brownies before the concert .......how could we resist?

These brownies were YUM!

Silly girls

Such Fun!

Women's Conference 2010

This is Tracy Wharton Brown. She is an awesome friend of mine that I met when I was about 16. Prior to Women's Conference I hadn't seen her since I got engaged almost 15 years ago. We lost contact altogether about the time she got married 12 years ago. We were able to reconnect thru facebook. When she said she was able to come for Women's Conference I was so excited. It was so great to see her again and we had a blast together just like old times. we even roomed together at Tatia's house which reminded us of when we went to EFY together. Anyhow it's too bad that she lives so far away (Alberta Canada now). I hope someday Jay and I can take a trip up ther to visit.
I feel so blessed to have had this time to get spiritually charged at Women's Conference and to have been surrounded by such great friends. Tatia and I love to laugh about how we have remained such great friends for almost 30 years now. It makes us sound old though. How about we just say we've known each other since preschool and became best friends in Kindergarten.

We got to hear Sister Oaks and Elder Dallin H. Oaks speak at the closing session. It was awesome.

After the clsong session we went out to eat with Manny and Amy and then for another round of shopping.

Sweet sweet Tracy, you gotta love her!

Sophie is 2!

We had a great time celebrating Sophie's 2nd birthday. Uncle Adam & Aunt keely came over with thier girls and Sophie was so excited for Elley and Molly to come. The night before I made the cupcakes in ice cream cones and she watched me and giggled and laughed the whole time, she thought it was so cool. She even got to eat a cupcake that night. We bought the Dora cake and she thought that was pretty cool too. We are so glad to have little Sophie, she brings so much fun, love and happiness into our home.
